The property has its own private garden area, perfect for barbeques. A large patio area runs across the width. There is on-site parking dedicated to the property. Check out our photo gallery or see below for more details.

The self catering accommodation consists of a large kitchen/dining room which is fully fitted with all modern conveniences including a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge next door has a wall mounted LCD TV, DVD player and inset modern electric fireplace. Double doors open out onto the patio.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one set up as a twin*. Both rooms have a wall mounted LCD TV and built in wardrobes giving plenty of space for clothing. They are light and airy with Velux roof windows to one aspect and dormer windows to the opposite. There is a shower room and toilet set between the bedrooms.

Electric VehiclesElectric Vehicles: We are pleased to offer guests with electric vehicles the opportunity to use our new fast charger. This is a dedicated device specifically for our guests – you won’t have to share with anyone else. The installation of this facility confirms our commitment to a greener world.

Unfortunately, with spiralling energy costs we have to charge guests to charge their cars but the device can monitor how much energy has been used and you’ll only pay at the unit rate we have to pay plus a 5% premium for administration and towards the cost of installation. As energy tariffs vary widely at this time please enquire what rate you will be charged on arrival.
When you arrive you’ll be given a special card which initiates the charger. No one else can use the charger during your stay – it is dedicated to you. You will be required to bring your own type 2 plug in charging lead but as your car can be parked adjacent to the charger you won’t need a long lead. A deposit (in addition to the standard security deposit) is required to use the facility and any remainder will be refunded when you leave, or extra charged if necessary. A report indicating the number of units used per charging session can be provided if required. Please see the booking terms and conditions for more details.
Slow charging from an ordinary 13A socket within the premises is not permitted under any circumstances. Only one vehicle can be charged at a time and the use of any splitting lead is not permitted.

*This twin room can be adapted into a comfortable king-sized double. We ask you to request this at the time of booking if it is required but we must point out that access to both sides of the bed is not possible and the room does feel more constricted in this format.

The property is non-smoking and regretfully no pets are allowed.
