    TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

  • A deposit of £100.00 per week and the submission of a completed booking form is required to reserve your holiday booking. In the event of cancellation more than 8 weeks before the first day of your holiday we are happy to refund your deposit and any balance already paid (less any expenses/admin charge).

  • The balance of the letting charge is payable not less than 8 weeks prior to the first day of your holiday. If you need to cancel your booking within this 8 week period we will refund the letting charge only if we are able to re-let the period you wish to cancel. If we have to reduce the letting charge to attract a replacement booking for the period you wish to cancel we may only refund part of the letting charge. We recommend that you take out appropriate holiday insurance to cover the possibility that we are unable to re-let the period you wish to cancel.

  • On arrival we require a refundable security payment of £50 cash to cover any breakages in the property. This will be returned to you within 14 days of departure, after checking and cleaning.

  • Electric vehicle charging is via a dedicated guest vehicle charger located adjacent to the guest parking space. The device monitors how much energy has been used during your stay and this is charged back to you at the unit rate we have to pay plus a 5% premium for administration and towards the cost of installation. As energy tariffs vary widely at this time please enquire what rate you will be charged on arrival. An initial deposit of £80 for a week, or £50 for a short break, over and above the security deposit of £50 per week is required and any remainder will be refunded when you leave (or extra charged if necessary). A report indicating the number of units used per charging session can be provided if required. You will be required to bring your own plug in charging lead. Slow charging from an ordinary 13A socket within the premises is not permitted under any circumstances. Only one vehicle can be charged at a time and the use of any splitting lead is not permitted.

  • The booking is not confirmed until we receive this booking form duly completed and your deposit is received and we return to you a copy of the form.

  • The property is available for a maximum of 4 persons (including infants), not to be a single sex group under the age of 25.

  • All lettings will be from Friday (NOT before 4.00 pm) and the property must be vacated on the day of departure by 9.30 am please.

  • This booking is made for the party composition shown above ONLY and if this alters you must advise us in writing.

  • No smoking or pets are permitted in the property.

  • I agree that the booking is made in accordance with the terms above.
