The accommodation consists of a large kitchen/dining room which is fully fitted with all modern conveniences including a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge next door has a wall mounted LCD TV, DVD player and inset modern electric fireplace. Double doors open out onto the decked patio.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one set up as a twin*. The double has a wall mounted LCD TV and both have built in wardrobes giving plenty of space for clothing. They are light and airy with velux roof windows to one aspect and dormer windows to the opposite. There is a shower room and toilet set between the bedrooms.
